How to view/clear licenses in use

We recently converted from the 2015 Timeslips to the 2018 version. Sage support assisted with the install of the 2018 and conversion of the 2015 database on our terminal server. I see the 2018 version no longer uses Station Administrator and now utilizes "Timeslips Administrator." How should Timeslips Administrator be set up to make sure we are able to use the licenses in current use? Our IT person looked at the link(above) I sent him, but I was told he was not able to see any in use even after I logged in to Sage 2018.
