A certifed consultant, like myself, with the right tools, can go in through the back end and search and help fix this. 

Try doing a Text Search against your Client Records. 

From the topmost menus, choose Special, then Text Search.  Type  61390-00019 as the search term, and have it search the database for you. It should tell you where it is finding  61390-00019.

Thanks for that tip, Nancy.  Sadly that didn't find the culprit, but I appreciate knowing about that option.  This is my first job using Timeslips.  The firms I worked at previously always had ProLaw.

The only other place I can think of for it to be would be a Template Client.  (Second tab behind the Open listing).

It's not in the templates, but it definitely is in there.  When I went to the Setup/General/Nicknames/Search for duplicates, this does pop up.  And says they are both active.....The mystery continues!  I appreciate your suggestions though.  They are helping me learn.

From the search you should be able to click on it and see where it takes you. 

Hmm, those look like they might be References under the Arnold client record.  Does that sound familiar to you?

It shows up in a notepad file which sadly is not clickable.

Only the newest one shows up in the Reference to filed.  the one without the text doesn't show up.  But I know it's in there and I will keep trying to find it.  I really appreciate your help.
