Hi I have a problem with Timeslips 2012 with spaces in the description of legal services such as these others. I cannot remove them and fix them to look correctly. I am running Windows 10. Help.
This is unfortunately a bit of a known issue with older versions of Timeslips, and newer versions of Windows. Not all users have it, but once you do, there is no known fix other than upgrading.
Upgrading will solve the problem.
I have spent many hours troubleshooting this issue for clients and have never been able to isolate the cause, other than the fact that it involves the Windows Rich Text DLL in some way. Essentially Windows 10 is using an updated/changed Rich Text DLL and the older Timeslips starts adding a space every time a change is made to the record.
I've seen it where only certain machines on the network are experiencing it, and other Windows 10 machines are okay.
However, once you have the problem, I know of no way to alleviate it other than an upgrade. Sorry.

Thank you Nancy for the response, however, this just started to happen recently and we've been using Windows 10 for a long while now
