Sage Timeslips 2019 and Windows Server 2012 R2

SUGGESTED

We are running Sage Timeslips 2019. Firebird is installed on a Windows Server 2012 R2 high end server with 64 gigs of RAM.

The problem I am facing is that when I go into the Server and run Computer Management - Shared Folders - Open Files - I usually get a list of who has what files open. Ever since we put Firebird and the Timeslips database on this server I get a very very long list showing individual users have opened the Timeslips folder multiple times. Here's an example. For this user Windows Server 2012 R2 sees him as having the Timeslips folder opened about or 40 times. Multiply this by 10 or 12 users and you get a list that is basically unmanageable.

I can't tell who really is in Timeslips and who isn't and have lost the ability to monitor who has files open or not because this function of Windows Server locks up due to so many items being in the list. Refreshing it doesn't help. Does anyone know what is happening and how this can potentially be solved?

Thanks in advance.
