Best you can do is assign a Custom Field to each client that tells Timeslips which Timekeeper this client "belongs to." Then you can run a Client Listing sorted by that Custom Field to have them list out…

It won't count them up, only list them. But you could out put the result to an Excel spreadsheet for a quick tally.
