Timeslips 2019. Have agreement with client that she will pay $XXX per month for Y months regardless of what the monthly invoice says. is there a Timeslips function that will accomplish this?

Go to arrangements in client info. Choose absolute flat fee for number of bills. As long as you run the bill monthly you will have what you are looking for.
you can adjust the bill layout to show the slips…

you can adjust the bill layout to show the slips without amount of hours if desired
