I recently updated Timeslips 2017 to 2020 (network installation).

TimeCapture has always worked just fine through updates.

After the update, on both workstations with local installations I get a tiny dialog box (empty but for an 'ok') when timecapture is opened (whether at start up or if started in timeslips.  If I click on the OK button in the dialog box, Timecapture closes.

If I try to create a slip, I get an error dialog box as follows:

I get a similar error if I try to set rules.

HELP!
