2018 Timeslips

Question

I purchased 2018 Timeslips but did not try to download until just recently. Although I paid for the software and received a receipt and key, registration etc, I am now told that I cannot get the software nor can I receive a refund of the $600+ I paid. Any suggestions? Does anyone have a copy on disc? I have the key ( from my purchase).

Do you have a business relationship with a Timeslips Certified Consultant? Most of us have the old downloads in our software libraries and could help you with that.
