Timeslips Upgrade Issues

We upgraded to the 2020 Timeslips and we keep getting the following error message: "The installation file is not configured for this version of the software. The program will exit now. You must reinstall either your Sage Timeslips configuration or Sage Timeslips so the product and its configuration are matching versions. Does anyone know how to fix this as we will get it working doing what support has instructed and then the next day the error message appears again?
