shared licenses after upgrade

We are a company of 10 users who share 2 licenses.  Except for myself as the accountant, everyone else simply uses the system to enter their time.  Therefore, it was not a problem with sharing licenses as they were only in the system for about 30 minutes each once a month.  With an upgrade, the license is permanently assigned to a computer, so the license does not end when the timekeeper signs out.  Therefore, the person has to be manually logged out of the system by the administrator after each sign in.  Has anyone else run into this problem after the upgrade and found a solution?  Thank you.
