Minimum Hour Flat Fee and Multiple Timekeepers

I want to use the minimum hours flat fee in Timeslips and I have multiple timekeepers with different hourly rates that work on these matters. The issue I'm having is the arrangement is requiring that I set a hourly rate for the remainder of slips over the allotted hours. I don't want to set a rate as I have multiple timekeepers with different hourly rates. Does anyone know a way around this? Maybe i just set the arrangement length as a job and mark complete once we reach the max hours.

Yea, I don't see many firms using this fee arrangement because it essentially charges the same hourly rate for all hours under the fee.

Another "problem" is that the number of hours value could hit in the middle of a slip.  Let's say you are charging $2,000 for the first 10 hours (essentially $200 per hour for the first ten hours.) Now let's say several users record 9.3 hours on the matter and here comes the slip that will finish off the ten hours, but the slip is for 1.6 hours.  This tends to be where the idea breaks down.

Depending on how many slips you have over the minimum, you can mark those slips as Override on the Billing Status and those slips will be charged at their regular values and will not be considered part of the flat fee.
