I am not aware that v2020 had an update. There was an October update for the Premium version, but v2020 became unsupported on October 1, 2020.

I would try to roll that update back.

Timeslips 2020 has no updates available for it.  If Timeslips Premium is installed, the update will install without error.  If you need assistance with Timeslips Premium, get in touch with Sage Timeslips support or your consultant for assistance.

The update will not install on Timeslips 2020, so no rollback is necessary.  Nothing was modified.

Just rereading this, did you apply the update? Or are you getting the error when you try to apply the update?

If you applied the Premium update over your v2020, then I would restore a backup from prior to that, or uninstall/reinstall the v2020 after copying the database to a safe place manually since you can't make a backup in the UI.
