I have created a budget for a client for total fees.  I also created an alert rule where I would be alerted when 75% of the budget fees are reached.  I input some test slips to see what the alert window would look like.  Once the test slips were entered and exceeded the 75% threshold, I didn't receive an alert.  When I look at the budgets window, I see that it's in excess of 75%.  The alert rule reads "total fees greater than or equal to 70.00% of a Consultant budget for XYZ Company with me as the "consultant" to be notified.  Did I miss entering something?
