Is this a single user version that you are trying to move to a new computer or a networked version and you are just trying to move one of the workstations. The answer really depends on which of the two.

single user

You will neee the installer and your reinstall codes as well as a backup.  Your reinstall codes can be found by going to help ~ about Timeslips - support information. If you don’t have the installer you will need to contact a consultant like me or @Nancy Duhon who can provide at a low cost.  Then you use run the installer and use your reinstall codes. Once run, you can restore your database and setup your preferences. You will also need to open Timeslips Adminstrator and check to make sure appropriate ports are open.
