This looks like a damaged slip. Not sure what version of Timeslips you are running. I would start by running database verification, look for errors. If you are on premium, call support with the results. If not on premium you can post here or contact a consultant like myself. There are three scenarios:

1. Slip is damaged and can be fixed by database verification

2. Slip can be purged (make a backup first)

3. Slip requires behind the scene repairs.

Scenario 1 & 2 you can do directly if you are comfortable with those aspects of the software. Scenario 3 would need a consultant or support. Feel free to reach out if I can be of help.
