Installing Timeslips 2020 on workstations

I am trying to install TimeSlips 2020 on a workstation but when I go to the network share and the Loclinst folder, the setup.exe file is not there. I checked backups from over a year ago and the file wasn't there even back then.

The server installation also seems to be messed up. All the shortcuts to the programs are not working. There is a DATA01 and a DATA01_OLD folder.

However, the program is installed and functional on three workstations. On other workstations, it is installed but the configuration file is missing.

The main issue here is: I'd like to install Timeslips on more workstations but can't locate the installer.

Any ideas? Thanks.

  • Yeah, that sounds a bit mixed up. Do you have your original v2020 download? Installation keys? How many licenses do you own?

    A bit difficult to troubleshoot based on those facts, but nothing that should be insurmountable.  

    I think your efforts would be best spent just getting some one on one help with it.
