Not sure how you "marked" them. If you change their status (upper right corner of the matter) to inactive, then they will no longer show in the slip entry. There is also an ability to mass change from open to inactive.

What version of Timeslips are you using?

How did you "mark" the clients as Inactive?

I apologize for using the wrong terminology, I marked them inactive by changing their status to inactive.  I have figured out the issue and everything is working fine in Time Slip entry.  Thank you both for responding.
