Report Help - WIP User Defined by Case

Hi all!  I'm hoping for some help on locating a report to do the following:

Show User WIP only by Case.

In short I am trying to create a report where I can sort by Case Nickname 2 that will show me the current users with time to be billed.  I simply need to identify that only 1 Partner, 1 Associate & 1 Paralegal have time to be billed on each case.

    You can run the slip summary report and filter for the timekeepers you want. Also filter for Slip Billed = NO. Set it up to sort by client and then timekeeper. Check the options to only pick up fees if you want that. If you are not comfortable doing this, it is something I could easily help with. Their would be a charge based on how much time it takes, but I would not expect it to be a lot of time.
