How do I change the Client Information page to show "State" instead of "Prvc" and "Zip" instead of "P.C."?

I had to replace my PC and re-installed Timeslips in my new PC, but now the Client Information page has changed to Canadian vs. US address information which was not the case before.  Specifically, on the address portion of the Client Information page, what used to be "State" now says "Prvc." which I presume is Province, and now says "P.C." which I presume is Posal Code where it used to say "Zip".

My replaced PC was running Windows 10 Home and my new PC is running Windows 11 Home.  I am using Timeslips 2012 which I realize is now 10 years old but has worked well for the needs and purposes of my one-person office. I am not experiencing any other difficulties since the re-install, at least not that I have discovered as yet.

I am not a Timeslips expert but I am confident that there is a simple fix for this in a setting somewhere. How and where do I correct this?  Thanks.

It sounds like your Windows was installed as Canadian and not American.  You can search Google for how to change the Regionalization settings in Windows.

You should anticipate other small oddities on Windows 11 using Timeslips 2012, but this is not one of them.  This is a fairly simple to fix operating system issue in this case.

I appreciate your fast reply. I checked the regional settings and they are correctly set to "United States" so this does not appear to be the issue. If it matters, when I re-installed Timeslips in the new PC the database was restored from a back-up made a day before. When Timeslips was last used  the day before in the replaced PC prior to that back-up being made, everything was correct and I did not have this issue. Is there another setting I can check or change?
