Is the entire company of Sage TS down???

SOLVED

I am very serious when I post this message.  Pegg the online chat "cannot connect" and that's been hours, I cannot login to send a message via Sage.com/resources.  I cannot change my password and I can't log in as a guest.  I'm getting error message after error message and I can't even add a new client at this point!  I finally left a voicemail w/the TS sales team to have someone in technical support call me.  Any other suggestions on how to get to technical support?

    To recap this solution @KATMIT, we were able to resolve your issues using the KB article posted and to clear the cookies for the chat page being used by the browser.

    Looking at your past history there were a number of prior issues with your preferences file as well, and while some may have been from your prior environment, it may actually be more related to other environmental factors like anti-virus or an application that is modifying your temporary file space environment and our PREFS.XML file.

    We are happy to assist and as you see there are many ways to get to support and get a response when needed.
