I had to reinstall the program, and I am missing the May, 2018 SR file, how dod I download it; but of course if the latest SR to 2018 is not the May file, how can I obtain that SR?

When I click on the hyperlink Timeslips 2018 Perpetual May 2018 Service Release it says "The entered account does not have access to this website."

  • That service release has been retired and the link you are clicking disabled as well.

    Sage maintains download and update files for supported products.  Some of the certified consultants in this forum can reach out to you independently to provide obsolete product support and download files from their personal libraries.
