Using Ecenter with multiple databases.

SOLVED

I have been using Timeslips since 1990. I have been outsourcing billing services to many firms at the same time by using multiple databases. Now with the Ecenter my firms can enter their time using a symple app. I have been using Txt files created from Word tables to import timekeepers slips into Timeslips program. Now with the Ecenter service it will be a much better system.

Now I am told by Timeslips support that I need to have an Ecenter account and Ecenter licenses for each timekeeper of this Ecenter account for each database. I have spoken to my account manager and she seems not not understand about Ecenter accounts.

Has any one had expirence in outsourcing to many firms, if so how should I proceed.

Ecenter licenses are tied to the login and the database. Therefore you will need each client to pay for an ecenter license for you or give you their credentials. Giving you their credentials, obviously has security risks. You will need the login that has permissions to download.
