We do not recommend that you ever rebuild everyone's AR. You would rebuild the AR for a single matter if you notice a problem with the AR for example the Aged AR report shows something different than Billing Assistant. The rebuild is done through File - Data verification within Timeslips (not TSAdmin). Always make a backup first
