Attempted to read corrupted data.

I have been receiving random database errors over the last several months.  We are running TimeSlips 2009 in a relatively small firm with 7 timekeepers and haven't received many errors until lately.  This is usually fixed by having everyone exit their client which returns the system back to a working state.  But today, 2 of the timekeepers return this error when trying to log into the database, while the others enter normally:

Attempted to read corrupted data.

Use the Repair Errors options in Data Verification to attempt a repair.

The error just displayed indicates that there is some form of data corruption to your database.  Would you like to use the Data Verification function to attempt repairs?  NOTE: If data repair is not successful, you may have to restore from a database backup.

I ran the Data Verification, and found 17 errors.  The following is the output:

Right now, we are just going into only the working profiles, hoping to find a solution since the support has elapsed for the 2009 version.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The Tutil32 stuff is usually resolved by getting everyone out and rebooting the server, not sure if it would solve the Timekeeper Security errors.  Those tend to need to be manually fixed.  Doesn't take a terribly long time, but would be considered Data Repair and would entail paying for the service.

Try rebooting the server first and see what happens.

    Hope this helps.

You can try repair but first make a backup.  Generally repair of this type requires working with a consultant.  Nancy,  I or others can help you remotely.
