Timeslips not printing $0 balance invoices or statements.

Usually when generating invoices I like to process those with $0 balances too.  Just now, even though I had instructed Timeslips to print these invoices in the Options view, $0 balance invoices failed to print.  This has never happened before.  The envelopes for them did however print.  In addition to this I tried printing them individually (I received a prompt that "there were no data selected") and  generating statements for these accounts (again I received the "no data selected" prompt).

After this I ran a Data Verification that did retrieve 1 error.  It read:

Checking Integrity Slip
ERROR
The Paradox table appears to be corrupted.
Number of records found (43586) does not match number of header records (43585)
Table Error Total: 1

I am working with Timesips 2009.

Does anyone have any insight into this glitch?  We have looked at upgrades but  have not seen a cost benefit our our purposes.

As a general rule, if you get a report of data corruption in a Data Verification, then you definitely have a problem and should fix it ASAP.  (They generally get worse if you leave them alone.)

Upgrades do not fix data corruption issues.

If that is the only error you have, it should not be too bad to fix, but since you are on an unsupported version, your only options will be:  trial and error yourself, or privately contracting with a Certified Consultant to do some Data Repair for you.

    Hope this helps.

The plot thickens.  I generated the next batch of invoices and found that this time the $0 balance invoices printed.  One difference between this run and the prior is that the last run included invoices with project codes that impacted the data sort.  The more recent run had no such sort.  I tried running the invoices in question again without the sort but again It says that there is no data selected.  I looked at the last payments made to the accounts in question and they all show with the envelope indicating that they have billed.  I may try undoing the run.

As far as my attempt to repair the data, when I attempt to do so I receive a prompt that the data could not be restored because the table is in use.  What can I do to correct this?  What table might it be referring to?
