2009 blank white screen after choose today on login calendar - frozen

SOLVED

We have one computer on the network having this issue.  We uninstalled, reinstalled with no success. We have reformatted a new installation of windows and problem occurred upon second launch. 

All computers in the office are running windows 7 without any other issues. 

You launch program, pick today on calendar. Timeslips give quick flash and then goes to blank white screen. All the menus are clickable but nothing launches. I have to ctrl-alt-del and end task to exit timeslips.

    By any chance does that computer have Team Viewer installed on it? If so, uninstall Team viewer or at least completely shut if off and then try again.

    If that doesn't work try deleting all temp files and renaming the prefs.prf file. When you open Timeslips it should recreate the prefs file.
