Timeslips Won't Open, but running on Task Manager

I have one user who's Timslips 2014 will not open. It seems to start the Timslips task in Task Manager, but I get no Timeslps dialogue box. Not ever an error.

I've tried reinstalling it, but it crashes before install is finished.

Not sure how to proceed.

    Are you running TeamViewer?  Try turning it off and see if that helps.

    Unfortunately, I don't know what TeamViewer is. I don't believe it is on.
