Recent download concerning Timeslips 2014 Data Transfer Utility

I recently received instructions to download an update when I accessed the ecenter transfer utility from Timeslips 2014.  I ran the update and once it was complete I ran the Data Transfer Utility ("Syncronize all data").  As the transfer completed I received the following error message: "Access violation at address 000001C6.  Read of address 000001C6."   I then noticed that new client information did not transfer to the ecenter.  I rebooted the computer and tired again.  Same error message I was able to determine that if I ran the transfer utilizing the "Synchronize Specific Data" selection with "invioce Images" under client information unchecked, I could run a successful sync with no error messages.  Any ideas on how I can rectify this issue as I need to have Invoie Images available for client viewing?

    Since Timeslips eCenter is a subscription service, it means you always have a technical support plan.  I'd advise calling them to discuss this.

    There was an issue with a recent Data Transfer Utility (DTU) update that did affect users transferring Invoice  Images.  It was resolved in another update the following day.

    If you are still having the issue, please go to the website at www.timeslipsecenter.com and download a new version of the DTU.

    Run the DTU, click on About eCenter and verify the Version number.  The latest as of June 18, 2015 is 3.0.0.156.
