Alerts when users don't reach hrs per week target

At the moment you can set up an alert for when someone reaches their target hours or goes above them. But I have not seen a way for you to set up an alert if they don't reach their target hours. You can run a missing time report but an alert would make sense.

    Actually, if you really think about it, it would not make sense. It would be going off CONSTANTLY until the person reached the target.

    Missing time report is really the way to go. IMHO.
