Upgrading Timeslips 2007 to 2016

I wanted to know if I can upgrade straight from 2007 to 2016?  I have a client that uses 2007 and we are having major issues getting multi-user to work at all.  It would always spew out an error message that the database was in use.  I posted before on here but no one could figure it out, so I left it at that.  I followed various instructions on how to get it working but it didn't work.

My client now wants to upgrade to 2016, hoping that we can get the multi-user to work, if not, we can at least talk to tech support.  Is it a pretty straightforward process or do I need to jump to a certain version before going to 2016?

If you purchase 2016, the warranty support will permit you to get any database errors corrected, as well as getting assistance with installation.

Data will convert without any interim steps between 2007 and 2016.

I successfully upgraded our group from 2009 to 2016. Just purchase the necessary license and add-on users for TimeSlips 2016 (Google is your friend! Look for the ad at the top!). You will need to make sure everyone is "logged off" of the server first. I was able to get some help from tech support to make this happen, once I bought 2016. Dedicate about 1-2 hours for the task.

Might I suggest that rather than using Google, you contact one of the consultants that volunteer their time on this board. You will get the same price and you will reward the consultants that volunteer their time. You can contact me, Nancy Duhon, Allen Hardon or any of the others.
