What are you trying to do?

- If you are trying to just get another copy of that bill, choose Bills > Reprint Bills.
- If that's not an option and you need to reprint charges, choose Reports > Billing and try the History Bill report
- But also keep in mind that under some circumstances, you CAN undo bills, adjust them, and print them again. Choose Bills > Undo Approved Bills to check this option out.

Look for the court history bill and filter the same way you did when generating the original bill. Select the client and data range and you will get what you are looking for. Bear in mind that the history bill layout might need to be modified to show the same data as was shown on the original bill. Good luck!

When I was first learning how to use the system I created a bill, and it somehow does not appear in the undo list. Now I have to go back and recreate the billing statement using slips with the yellow tag. Now I'm stumped and we need the bill ASAP

I have a back up of the day before creating the bill, but if I do that, I will lose everything that I've done since then.

SRF is correct in asking WHY do you need to "recreate" the bill?

If you just need another copy, then the Bills, Reprint Bills would be the way to go.

Do you need to make changes to the slips? Because if you do the History Bill is not going to work for you as it just shows the approved/static content.

Yes, if you restore, you will lose anything you've done since that backup was made.

If this new "recreated" bill is going to change the client's balance carried forward in any way?

The bill was generated by mistake and should have been undone. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear in my "undo" list. I understand that I can carry the balance forward, but will look odd to the client since it was never sent out. I need to create a "fresh bill" with the slips that I cannot undo.
