New Time Slip

presently, when I open up a time slip, it auto-populates with a old time slip, can someone tell me please how to edit the preferences so when I open up a time slip, that the slip opens up to a blank time slip please and thanks?

Check your preferences for new slips (in v2016: Setup, Preferences, Slips, New Slip Rules) and make sure it is not set to copy content from the previous slip.

Also, make sure you are choosing a New slip (Big Yellow Plus Sign) and not the Duplicate Slip button (two small yellow plus signs with a white arrow between them).

Thank you Nancy, but what if it is an older version of Timeslips? I assume it's still in the Set-up, preferences, slips, etc., etc., Thanks again.

Without knowing which version, I cannot give you the exact steps. But yes, in general it is the same approach to finding the right area.
