That won't help. The files that Data verification shows as missing are database files, not program files. If you have a recent backup, you should restore. Otherwise, you will want to work with a consultant who has experience with data repair. How difficult it will be in part depends on which files are missing. You may have someone locally, or their are a number of us, like myself, who can work with you remotely.
Reinstalling Timeslips 2009 could be problematic if you don't have the service releases, as they are no longer available from Timeslps .
