A new user was added. The drop down list kicked out another user. How would I add/ edit the list for licensed Users?

I have been using Timeslips 8 for years on a machine with Vista (32 bit). It works fine and allows 250 Users. I reinstalled it on a new machine (XP mode on a Windows 7 (64 bit) and it will only allow one user. I have been unable to find out what is wrong…
