I believe you have to call customer service and pay for the additional license/user, and then you will be able to add the user to your system. At least that is what I did. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply Andrea. The user I need added is already a user with a license and seat. However she doesnt show up on the drop down list to login, but previous users that are not assigned a license appear on that list. I would like to add a user and delete the user that dont need to be there
I see what you are having difficulties with. My suggestion is to call customer service and allow them access to your account/computer to see if they can remotely fix it for you. My apologies.
You don’t actually add a user as a licensed user. They login from a computer and that takes a license if one is available.
Sounds like your user is not trying to access the correct database. The dropdown list is the list of Timekeepers in that database. The licensing is an entirely separate issue that happens When the computer logs into Timeslips and is governed by the computer's name + the logged in user. There is no drop down for licensing, it is automatic.
So, if you are not seeing the correct list of current timekeepers when the user tries to login to the database, I would check in the lower left corner to make sure you are trying to access the correct database first.
