Today, I'll be highlighting a change with the Avalara (SST) integration within X3. As of 2021R4 (12.0.28), The Sage Sales Tax (SST) integration is now using Avalara's V2 REST APIs. The test and production URLs stored in the SST connection (LTPAR - Setup, Usage, Reports, Sage Sales Tax connection) are AUTOMATICALLY replaced with the new V2 URLs. If your V1 URLs do not match those below. They will not be replaced, and you will need to contact your Avalara representative for your custom URLs.
- Current V1 test URL: https://development.avalara.net
- New V2 test URL: https://sandbox-rest.avatax.com
- Current V1 production URL: https://avatax.avalara.net
- New V2 production URL: https://rest.avatax.com
To avoid any interruption in service with your SST integration, please review your existing URLs PRIOR to implementing 2021R4 (12.0.28).
