The build for Crystal Reports Designer 2020 is now available for X3. It is provided by Sage directly and does not need to be downloaded from the SAP Support website.

To access this download, log into https://support1.na.sage.com/selfservice/microsites/microsite.do and in the Search field type Download Crystal Reports Designer 2020 for Sage X3. Click Search.
