For all customers still on Sage X3 Product Update 9 or lower  versions and utilize the Javabridge (deprecated) component for Credit Card processing; new SSL certificates have been posted for the 2024-2025 year. You can access the new certificates from the following KB: Unable to properly connect to PAYA or VT for processing credit cards | UPDATED:(2/1/2024). The current certificates will expire on 2/19/2024.

Important Note: All customers who are on Version 11 or higher do not have to do anything.
