How to use Dimensions in Control Account

Hello Guys, 
 
 Our client wants to use Dimensions values in their control accounts (AP and AR) because they want to track Customers or Suppliers Aging by Project Dimension values and we have assigned the project dimension in the Analytical Tab of Account but we are getting the below error message when we tried to post suppliers invoice against the suppliers control account. 
 
 Sage X3 V11 
 
 Your advise on how to fix the error will be highly appreciated.

Hi, 
 Have you set up your Default Dimensions under Setup, Financials, Accounting interface for the purchase invoices? The default dimensions here, should tie back to those on the Acct tab under Setup, Organizational structure, Companies. Then, on the Default Dimensions, in the Dimensions grid, you select where you want the system to pull each Dimension per Dimension type.
