Landing page error in version 12 - After Migration

Hi All,

We have migrated the data from version 6.5 to version 12 environment (Patch level 16).

After migration we are facing below errors on the standard landing pages present on dashboard. We were initially facing this similar types of errors which we have resolved by validating the

graphical queries.

Also after performing the VEN05 and VEN06 Statistic parameters validation, we have started receiving X3 engine error for that particular pages. Kindly refer the below screenshot for the same.

Any inputs on this will be highly appreciated.

Hi there,

Please note there is a Hotfix for this:-

Hotfix - Adxadmin 92.2.88

Thank you for the reply.

As you suggested there is Hotflix -Adxadmin 92.2.88 and this is came with update of version 12 patch 22. But our version 12 system is on patch 16 level, So, Is this Hotfix- Adxadmin 92.2.88 compatible with patch 16 or Is there any Hotfix available for patch 16?

Hi there,

We will highly recommend that you patch up to Patch 22, prior to applying the Hotfix.
