REMOTE_SOCKET_CLOSE error on X3 V7 web service.

SUGGESTED

I see this error happening on our web server for our test environment web service pool. Does any one have any ideas as to what is causing this?

    Hello,

What version of Web services you have on your V7?

If you suspect that there is something wrong with the pool configuration file, you could delete the Pool through Safe Console and recreate it.

    Regards,

    Thank you for your response.

We are running Web Server 231.6 with Apache 2.2.32. I am going to look into deleting the pool and recreating. It was recently created when we patched X3 to patch 9 because we moved our web server onto its own server.

    Hi Ali,

I recreated the pool and am seeing the same issue happening.

There might be a need to upgrade to latest version of Web services. but please open a case with Support so it can be looked at further.
