How to access monogdb user table from 4GL?

Hi there , 
 Is there a way to access the user list stored in mongodb? I am referring to the information of the users created in the Administrator ? Users > Users

 What version of X3 are you using? 
 On V11, you can use an API to access the user profile. 
 Search on our online help for that , and you will see below.
