That is possible with small adjustment of IMPSCSS.src file (just remove one lock on destination site field [F:SGH]FCYDES and declare GSTK_TRACE extra time in OUVRE label), better create a copy and assign it to the new template. The file should have one line in S section per stock journal line (destination line, so no minuses for source site). Sample of a template could be as one below.

I am getting an error that Line number 1 Incomplete Line when I did this. I followed the template that you posted except I made it an delimited type of import. Here is a sample of my import file. (The field name is in the same order as yours)

Should be 2 lines in section S (STOJOU) for decreasing source site and increasing target site -  something like:

"E","","120",200128,"","SCI","180"
"L",1000,"F041156","EA",1,"RTP","3POT","3POTENCY","1219012256","120",1
"S","120","EA",-1,-1,"4LABMAIN","RTP"

"S","180","EA",1,1,"4LABMAIN","RTP"

Now, it is producing a negative stock is not allowed error message. Any ideas? I checked and the stock is available. 

My bad, should be 1 line in S section, already forgot about the solution. Just make sure Status is available, the location code should exist for site 120 and 180 and should be same. the file will be like

How would we have the same location at 2 different sites? I don't think that would be the cause of the issue. 

It's possible to create 2 locations with same code for site 120 and 180 since location types/locations are linked to sites. I checked the similar file and it worked

Maybe it has to do with the version I am on? I am using V11 patch 4. What version were you using?

It depends on product setup. Try to create Inter-site transfer manually and check the list of fields entered manually to the file - there could be some extra fields needed to be input in the template like product version,warehouse or serial number. I checked on V11P10.

It worked for V11 and V12. Just make sure that the location code is same at both sites. It moves from one site to another with same location code

Hi Andrei, Thanks did what you suggested and it is working however am getting an issue where after importing , the available stock from the originating site becomes negative. An example ,in site A I have stock of  quantity 10 and I transfer using an import , to site B stock of quantity 6. From stock inquiry in site A, am left with quantity of 4 but if I do next intersite transfer manually or by import the available stock is -6 . Is there an additional change change required in the script or was it fixed maybe by a patch. I tested on PU9 Not patched and PU12 Patch 19.

Hi Alfred,

There is a known issue with X3 imports when CUMWIPQTY and CUMWIPQTYA in STOCK table are filled if the import of stock transaction is not successful. Just clean the values there (if there is no other pending transactions for the site and product).

No... I ended up doing everything through creating a delivery and auto receipting it in using import templates.

The S line contains the source site "120" instead of the destination site "180", I tried it both ways and it didn't work for me, I am getting the line incomplete error every time.

Just in case you still need it, we made an additional modification to the script IMPSCSS_INTERSITE at the line 65 and it is working now:
