You can use the Field search utility under Development, Utilities, Searches, Field which will shows you a log of any table or screen that uses the field you are searching.

Thanks for the answer, this functionality is great. Unfortunately the 2 fields I am looking for do not show in any tables. I can see the screen that I got the name from in the search results, so I know it is working.

So a field on the screen dictionary does not necessary has to be stored in a table.

Sometimes fields are used to calculate other things, or they are a product of a calculation.

Thanks for the clarification. Is there anyway to tell how these fields get the data that they display?
