Hello

I'm creating an XML output in Crystal which I need to be formatted in utf-8.
Sage X3 is creating the characters using ISO-8859-1 in my Crystal report which then don't convert into utf-8 characters.
Is there any way of controlling the output character format that my Crystal report uses?

If I used an export template in Sage then I could select File Type xml and File Format utf-8 which infers that Sage can do what I want.
