Here are a few thoughts:

Use Inquiries in Purchasing such as Order lines, Receipt lines or Invoice lines.  Each of these contains product and cost information.  You can also use the Stock transactions Inquiries in the Stock module and use the Criteria to look at Receipt Entry types.

If these are not exactly what you are looking for, I believe they do contain the information you need to build a query that you can add to a dashboard.

Was hoping to leverage prebuilt or standard reports, queries or dashboards.

Seems all but the basics is "build it yourself from scratch" in X3.

Probably unclear in what we are seeking.

We are currently using these Inquiries, they give the information, but is very labor intensive to see trends or flagging issues.

Was looking for something we could turn into a "KPI" or Dashboard metric to minimize time spent on detailed analysis.
