Hello,

We are running PU9 and I have a printer destination setup for one of our users. The printer duplexes, the driver on the print server duplexes, and I can print a PDF from Acrobat on the Print Server and print 2 sided. So that's all working. When I set it up as a printer destination though I don't have a duplex option, and when I print directly to the destination from X3 it does not duplex. (The printer default is to duplex). 

Any way to tell X3 / Crystal to duplex when printing to a destination? The printer is not the default printer.
