Sage X3 has the following standard reports (USA Legislation)

- NA-BPATB (Aged Trial Balance)

- BALAGEGRP (Aged balance)

- BALAGEGRPDEV (Aged balance/currency)

To complement the reports, you can take an online look at the details:

• Under Financials > Inquires > Account balance inquiry, go the Details grid.
  • On the line for your AR control account, click the Action card and select Account.
  • This will bring up the balances by customer.
  • On the line for a customer, click the Action card and select Account
  • This will display the transactions related to the customer.
  • The Action card here will lead you to the related invoices, journals and payments tied to the transaction
  • This information can be exported to Excel.
• Under A/P - A/R accounting > Inquiries > Aged balance to date, you can run the aging for a specific customer
  • On the grid line for the transactions, you can access the invoice or journal details.
  • This too can be exported to Excel.
