If not yet invoiced, delete the delivery by using Modification of issue option on the Shipment Detail lines. Then create a new delivery with the correct delivery date.

Delete the delivery by using Modification of issue option on the Shipment Detail lines and re-create the Delivery with correct delivery date.
Did you use Receipts modifs option on the Receipt Detail lines (Purchase receipt)?
Set it to 0.00 to cancel(reverse) the Delivery.
The period is closed. Set it Open and save again.
I was able to delete them.
