Good day everyone

I have an instance where a report has images for products displayed on the report. The images are stored within X3 database which is used on the report.

The problem we are experiencing is that when the report is executed to generate a PDF file, the error is displayed after a while that "Memory full".

We have tested running the Crystal report directly within Crystal:

1. Printing to a PDF printer is successful

2. Using the Export to PDF function on Crystal generates the Memory full error which I guess X3 is using.

There are no shortage of RAM or Disk space on the print server.

Has anyone came across this issue before and know how to work around this?
